Your sense of gratitude

Participants learn about gratitude, play team games, and draw pictures showing the people and things they are thankful for.

Darkness journey

Participants are blindfolded and try activities without using their eyes, helping them understand and feel grateful for their body and senses.

Guided breathing meditation

Participants will feel calmer through guided meditation and slow breathing guided by proffesional.

Gratitude package
